The White Moonlight Kidnapping Plan
Opening my eyes again,
I found myself tied up once more.
This was after I’d spent a good while thoroughly greeting the kidnapper’s ancestors.
The person driving, fully decked out in a hat and face mask, finally spoke: “You’re really noisy. No wonder Lu Ting doesn’t want you.”
Was that actually Bai Xuan’er?!!
I suppressed the urge to lunge at her and tear her throat out: “Fine, speak. What do you want?”
Bai Xuan’er: “I’m sorry, but you can’t show up tomorrow.”
Me: “So you two dog-man… things can carry on your little affair and turn your fake act into the real deal?”
Bai Xuan’er: “Sorry, but Lu Ting and I are in true love.”
Screw you! If it’s “true love,” why the hell are you dragging me into this?! And trying to use my dad to fill a 200-million-yuan ransom hole?
And you doubled it?
I struggled, desperate to lunge over and bite her to death.
Trembling, Bai Xuan’er pulled a syringe from her bag. She looked terrified, yet she jabbed it into my neck with pinpoint accuracy:
“Sorry, Yu Qiaoqiao. Once tonight is over, and Lu Ting gets his hands on that 500 million—”
“From now on, we’ll go our separate ways.”
Amidst my kind and thoughtful parting “greetings,” I slowly lost consciousness.
When I opened my eyes, I was lying in a man’s bed.
