Seven Days of Love Chapter 55

Chapter 55

“Then what about me?”

I suddenly felt the urge to get some clarity.

“What kind of person am I?”

Jin Lan sped up the car slightly: “Lin Qiqi.

“There’s no point in talking about this anymore.”

Yeah, there’s no point.

So, at least today, I can properly say goodbye to you both.

We arrived.

The rice cake stall hadn’t set up yet.

But the late-night snack stall was still open.

After we sat down, the owner came over diligently to wipe the table: “Oh, Tuotuo, is this your dad?”

Tuotuo lifted his chin, looking quite proud.

“Yeah, isn’t my dad handsome?”

The owner gave him a thumbs-up and asked Jin Lan: “What would you like to eat?”

Jin Lan looked over at me.

I said: “Wonton soup.”

Jin Lan: “Three bowls of wontons, no green onions for the kid.”

I’d noticed that over the past few days, Jin Lan had been trying his best to make time for us, even though he was still busy with work most of the time.

Yet, he still remembered Tuotuo’s preferences.

I complimented him: “I think you’ll be a qualified, good father in the future.”

I don’t know if it was the soft lighting, but his expression relaxed: “Don’t joke around.

“What makes you think I’d be unqualified?”

The atmosphere froze for a moment.

A few minutes later, I whispered, almost to myself: “There was a period of time after we got married where you really weren’t very qualified.

“But Jin Lan.

“I’ve already forgiven you.”
